Writing practice -- favorite movie

And we had another classroom writing assignment:

のほうが自然で意味が巧く伝わる。
「exciting」とは「興奮させるほど面白い」と考えてください。
やっぱり、日本語と逆に思われるけど、映画や遊園地などは「exciting」であれば、自分が「excited」となる。「excite」は「興奮する」ではなく「興奮させる」という意味ですから。］

［ちなみに、「it's」みたいに、代名詞にアポストロフィーのチョンがあれば、省略です。代名詞の所有格は別の、チョンなしの単語がありますから。］

I like the [music] group Sid, so I read the book.

歌手のシドが好きなのでその本を読んだ。

After I read it, I liked Sid [even] better. 
読んでからはシドのことをもっと気に入った。

男は会社に勤めている。

But he never goes to work, because he goes fishing every day..
ただ、毎日釣りに行くので出勤はしません。

So I am addicted to [watching] the movie.
だから、この映画を見るのに中毒になっています。

It is so interesting that I can't turn off the TV.
テレビの電源を消せないほど面白いのです。

都会の警察署で男が、「手を挙げろ」と脅される最初の場面すごいハラハラする。

最後に、少人数のままで地球に戻れた。

But they brought oxygen with them. 
酸素をもって帰れた。

They brought the earth back to life and made it green again.
地球を生き返らせて緑に直しました。
